Eligibility for Refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Refund

Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the product in its original packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a copy of the original invoice. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the approval and the amount refunded.Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
